This is a WHITE Hi Top Fiberglass Truck Cap/Topper. It has a sliding front window, flip-up side windows(locked & no key, but locks removable from inside). Front of cap starts at approximately cab-height and raises about a foot by mid-way.
REAR LIFTGATE IS MISSING, but is otherwise in decent condition. It does not come with clamps.
It was originally on a 90's F250 & I used it on my 2004 Ram 2500 for a bit.
